Terms

These terms apply when you use Birdie on your iPhone. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies as well.

Plans

Birdie has a monthly plan, a yearly plan and a one-time purchase. The price in your currency is shown in the app before you pay. Apple bills every plan to your Apple ID, and Family Sharing covers your household.

The monthly and yearly plans renew on their own. Apple charges the next period within 24 hours before the current one ends, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end. Cancel in Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, or in Birdie under You, Plan, Manage in the App Store.

Free trial

When a plan comes with a free trial, the app shows its length before you start. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the plan starts and Apple charges you. Any time left on a trial ends when you buy a plan.

Refunds

Apple handles refunds. Ask at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your videos and notes

What you record and write is yours, and it stays on your phone until you send it. You are responsible for what you send. Record people who are happy to be recorded, and don't use Birdie to hurt or harass anyone.

Reminders

Reminders depend on your notification settings, Focus and your phone being on. We work to make every one arrive, and we can't promise that each one will.

Liability

Birdie is provided as it is, as far as the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the law where you live.
