Reminders don't arrive

Open Settings, then Notifications, then Birdie, and allow notifications. Check that no Focus is holding them. In Birdie, You, Reminder shows the time they come.

Get your plan back on a new iPhone

Sign in with the same Apple ID, then in Birdie go to You, Plan and tap Restore purchases.

Move your people to a new iPhone

Your people live on your phone, so they move with a backup. Restore the new iPhone from an iCloud backup or a backup on your computer.

Cancel a plan

Open Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Birdie. Or in Birdie go to You, Plan, Manage in the App Store. Your people and notes stay on your phone.

Get a refund

Apple handles refunds at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Add the widget

In Birdie go to You, Widget. It shows the steps for the Home Screen, the Lock Screen and the Action button.

Delete everything

In Birdie go to You and tap Delete everything. It removes your people, notes, videos and your profile from the phone.
